1.  The paper must be original and unpublished.

2.  Authors are required to submit the full paper not exceeding 6 pages in IEEE format(.doc format)

3.  Authors can present paper in absentia mode under unavoidable situation. The participant will receive the certificate and proceeding CD by post after the conference.

4.  All the accepted papers will be published in the National Conference proceeding (CD).

​

5.  If a paper is found to be Plagiarized , at any point of time, the organizers have right to withdraw the papers.
